The Network meets once per year, usually in September/October.
The Network is led by a chairperson, usually from the host Territory and assisted by a secretary. The appointment usually covers a period of one year.
The agenda and minutes of the Network meeting are prepared and distributed by the secretary to:
Each member of the Network.
Each European Territory.
IHQ representative.
Each Territory is, in principle, responsible for its own travel expenses related to the Network and the host Territory is required to provide accommodation etc for delegates.
The Network furthers its contacts with its members by producing a newsletter, put together by the host Territory, which is issued twice a year subject to the availability of information. Network members are encouraged to send this on to groups within their own Territory.
Issues where a more immediate contact is necessary are carried out using e-mail.
