Structure and reporting

  • The Network meets once per year, usually in September/October.

  • The Network is led by a chairperson, usually from the host Territory and assisted by a secretary. The appointment usually covers a period of one year.

  • The agenda and minutes of the Network meeting are prepared and distributed by the secretary to:
    • Each member of the Network.
    • Each European Territory.
    • IHQ representative.

  • Each Territory is, in principle, responsible for its own travel expenses related to the Network and the host Territory is required to provide accommodation etc for delegates.

  • The Network furthers its contacts with its members by producing a newsletter, put together by the host Territory, which is issued twice a year subject to the availability of information. Network members are encouraged to send this on to groups within their own Territory.

  • Issues where a more immediate contact is necessary are carried out using e-mail.
